With ACH, you can streamline payroll, vendor payments, and recurring transactions without paying for postage or risking delays you may experience through the mail. Use ACH to:

  • Transmit payables to vendors, suppliers, utilities, trade associations and others

  • Schedule recurring ACH files that have no changes

Deposit Concentration

Consolidate deposits from multiple locations or accounts into one account for easier cash flow management with automatic sweeps. Move funds without relying on the mail or accountants – simple, convenient control at your fingertips.

Remote Deposit Capture1

  • Deposit checks quickly and securely from your office or home. No trip to the bank required.
  • Work with Apex Banking Company of Georgia to get set up with a scanner that works with your computer network
  • Scan checks individually or in batches
  • Receive same-day credit for checks sent before 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays)
  • Generate deposit summaries and review past deposits

Send funds quickly and securely—across town or across the globe. Apex Banking Company of Georgia offers domestic and international wire transfers that allow you to safely initiate payments to vendors and suppliers, or receive them from your business partners.

  • Domestic wire transfers must be initiated by 4 pm EST for same-day processing
  • International wire transfers must be initiated by 4 pm EST for same-day processing
